Direct trade vs Fair Trade?
Fair Trade is a third-party certification that guarantees a price floor. Direct trade is a roaster-to-farm relationship without a unified standard, typically paying well above the Fair Trade floor in exchange for documented quality and continuity.
Why does direct trade cost more?
