Roast Coffee Company is a family-owned specialty coffee roaster based in Medford, New Jersey. We source green beans directly from farmers and co-ops across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Sumatra, and beyond. Every batch is profile-roasted in our cafe on a Diedrich roaster, ensuring coffee is served at its peak freshness. The business has grown from a small-batch roastery to a full cafe offering espresso, pour overs, cold brew, fresh breakfast, and house-made acai bowls.
